This property offers 2 bedrooms, 1 double which is en-suite, 1 twin bedroom and there is also a double sofa bed in the conservatory area which can accomodate a further 2 people. There is a large private roof terrace and the villa has its own large private swimming pool (8 metres x 4 metres) and a very large pool area which is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. There is also a 3 seater hammock.

Golf For the golf fanatics, Torrevieja boasts some of the finest courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, all of which are a short drive away.
Travel Alicante airport is a 35 minute drive to the north and Murcia airport is a 20-25 minute drive to the south. We can arrange car hire or airport transfers for you.
Further details The private pool area is equipped with table and chairs and is ideal for barbecues and eating outside on hot summer evenings. It is also perfect for relaxing in private and soaking up the sun during the day. There is a private roof terrace which is also perfect for sunbathing and has lovely views of the salt lake which is just 2-3 minutes walk away.
There is a choice of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a large supermarket nearby. There is also a weekly street market where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, leather goods, clothes and gifts. Torrevieja town centre is only a 5-10 minute drive away. It is a great place for shopping, taking a walk along the promenade or just sitting in one of the many outside cafes sampling the local 'tapas' and watching the world go by.
The Costa Blanca has the reputation of being one of the safest destinations in the world. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style then Torrevieja is the place for you. Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. Many people use the mud baths in the lakes in order to alleviate their aches and pains. There are also some natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hour's drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains.
Playa Flamenca boasts a continuous series of sandy coves and Blue Flag beaches all within a short drive. An hour's drive to the south brings you the sports complex of La Manga which boasts one of Europe's finest tennis centres, 3 golf courses and many other excellent sporting and recreational facilities.
