This old town with its attractive marina and port has a warm, welcoming ambience and will surely appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style. This villa is situated in the quiet residential area of 'Flamingo Hills', Playa Flamenca. It is close to many sandy beaches and coves and are also in close proximity to a choice of bars, restaurants, shops and top class golf courses. This property is decorated to a very high standard in modern Mediterranean style, and consists of 2 bedrooms, spacious lounge/dining area and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large private roof terrace, private inner courtyard, front garden and private parking. The swimming pool is barely a minutes walk away.

Travel Alicante airport is a 35 minute drive to the north and Murcia airport is a 25 minute drive to the south. We can arrange car hire or airport transfers for you.
Further details The Costa Blanca has the reputation of being one of the safest destinations in the world. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style then Playa Flamenca is the place for you. Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. Many people use the mud baths in the lakes in order to alleviate their aches and pains. There are also some natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains. Playa Flamenca boasts a continuous series of sandy coves and Blue Flag beaches all within a short distance from our properties.
There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and 5 large supermarkets nearby. There is also a weekly street market where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, leather goods, clothes and gifts. Torrevieja town centre is only a 10 minute drive away. It is a great place for shopping, taking a walk along the promenade or just sitting in one of the many outside cafes, sampling the local 'tapas' and watching the world go by.
Booking notes The rates quoted are per property, per week for up to 4 people. There is a price reduction on 2 week bookings as shown in the price table. We offer special rates for long term rental. A security deposit will be required however this is fully refundable assuming no breakages or extra cleaning required.
